Eric Zadravec: President and CEO
Mr. Zadravec has been the President and CEO of Hayes Pump since August 2004. His career at Hayes Pump started in December 1999. Prior to Hayes Pump Eric worked in commodities trading at AIG Trading Group in Greenwich CT before leaving to pursue his MBA. Eric worked with Arthur Andersen LLP in Boston, MA before leaving to join Hayes Pump. He has a BA in Economics from Brandeis University, and also holds a MS in Finance and Accounting and MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Joe Larkin, Sr.: Executive Vice President
Mr. Larkin has been Executive Vice President of Hayes Pump since January 2009. His career at Hayes Pump started as a Sales Manager of the Mid-Atlantic region in September 2003. Previously, Joe was with Viking Pump for 11 years, finalizing as Director – US Distribution Sales. Prior to Viking Pump, Joe had various positions of increasing responsibility in the Industrial Pump Distribution field with Smith-Koch, Inc., located in the Philadelphia area.
Elvis Cabral: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cabral has been Chief Financial Officer of Hayes Pump since January 2013. His career at Hayes Pump started in November 2012. Previously, Elvis was Vice President of Accounting with Jones and Bartlett Learning (a division of Ascend Learning,) and an audit manager at Gately & Associates PC. He holds a BSBA in Accounting and Economics from Nichols College. Elvis is a Certified Public Accountant.
