All ROTAMAT® screens from Huber Technology operate on the same proven principle: screening – washing – transport – dewatering in one unit. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, these compact systems can be installed in either channels or tanks, offering space-saving designs without compromising performance. With throughputs of up to 3,000 l/s (10,800 m³/h) per unit depending on screen size and bar spacing, they deliver high separation efficiency and reliability.
The ROTAMAT® Ro2 is a wedge wire drum screen ideal for municipal and industrial applications, offering excellent solids separation with minimal maintenance. The ROTAMAT® RPPS, featuring a perforated plate screen basket, provides even higher separation efficiency and is particularly suited for fine screening applications. Both models include integrated screenings washing and compaction, reducing disposal volume and odor while improving hygiene.
For pumping station applications, the ROTAMAT® RoK4 is a specialized vertical fine screen designed to prevent pump clogging and failure. It features automatic screening, lifting, dewatering, and compaction in a single compact unit. The RoK4’s vertical perforated screen basket and shafted auger ensure optimal solids retention and self-cleaning operation. Its compact design allows for easy installation in confined spaces, and optional features like frost protection and odor-free bagging make it ideal for both new installations and retrofits.
From the Rotary Drum Fine Screen to the RoK4, Huber’s ROTAMAT® machines offer unmatched advantages: low hydraulic resistance, minimal maintenance with no reversal points or reciprocating parts, and self-cleaning screen baskets. These features ensure reliable, efficient, and odor-free solids handling across a wide range of wastewater treatment applications.

The HUBER Multi-rake Bar Screen RakeMax® is a reliable, sturdy travelling screen. It has high screenings discharge capacity, low headloss, low installation height above ground level even in deep channels, and a control-independent safety system.
The RakeMax® is well suited for both municipal and industrial wastewater and process water screening. The cleaning elements are interchangeable between conventional rakes, brushes, or plastic wipers. Having an adjustable screenings discharge capacity, a very high screenings discharge capacity is possible. The installation height is low above ground level based on the installation height of screenings transport or washing units. Drive chains are connected to the ends of both cleaning elements which are driven by a sprocket on a common shaft and flange mounted gear motor. It has high operating reliability due to defined meshing of the cleaning rakes with the bar rack. With its control-independent safety system, a mechanical overload interrupts the operation if the screen operation is blocked protecting both the screen and bars.

The HUBER Grit Treatment System RoSF 5 is a universal and economical process of grit preparation for the treatment of grit from sewage treatment plants, sewerage systems and refuse grit. These can be used for unrestricted disposal at landfills or as a necessary pretreatment for recycling.
Huber’s Grit Treatment Process RoSF 5-HW(S) and RoSF 5-VW(S) offer options for the reduction of organic content of ignition in the mineralic fraction and the possibility of recycling the mineral components or dumping at an inert material landfill. They also offer maximum yield of washed mineral material, recycling of gravel in the washed mineral fraction and the maximum reduction of the remaining waste, in addition to many more benefits.

The HUBER Coarse Screen TrashMax is a sturdy screen for Coarse Material Separation. It offers high-capacity screen rakes, reliable removal of even bulky coarse material, and high operational safety due to efficient and reliable bar rack cleaning. By removing coarse and bulky material, the TrashMax protects downstream systems. Therefore, it is optimally suitable for pumping stations, as a first cleaning stage in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants and in the inlet to power plants.
Additional benefits include an innovative combination of a front cleaned and back cleaned screen in a single unit, a compact L-shaped screen, the ability to easily be retrofitted into existing channels, the possibility of installation without channel recesses, a simple and easy-to-access drive unit, and no additional consumables, such as service water, that are required for plant operation except for an electric current.
