The Vaughan Chopper Pump is a centrifugal pump designed to chop all incoming solids prior to pumping. This capability keeps the pump from clogging. The wear components are heat treated cast steal to protect against impact and wear resistance. All solids are chopped by these heavy-duty, patented components as they enter between the cutter bar and impeller vanes. The centrifugal action of the impeller can then easily pumps these smaller solids.

The Vaughan Company Rotamix is a mixing system that keeps operations running smoothly and reliably with low life cycle costs. It improves volatile solids production and reduces sludge volume. It has no moving components in the tank and allows continued mixing until the tank is empty.

The Vaughan Company’s Triton® screw centrifugal pumps combine superior pump designs with the highly efficient, non-clogging performance delivered by Vaughan products. Whether handling thick sludges, large or stringy solids, shear sensitive fluids and delicate or highly abrasive materials, the Triton’s screw centrifugal pump’s open channel impeller is ideal for the job.

The Vaughan Chopper Storm is a fully enclosed stand-alone emergency backup pump solution. It was developed for storm-prone municipalities and those that may face severe weather events. Flooding can cause long-term issues when untreated water spills into residential areas, coastlines, and freshwater drinking sources. The Vaughan Company’s portable bypass pump packages offer a variety of usage options. They are good for tough solids reduction applications or low shear solids handling in temporary or permanent situations. These portable bypass pumps are supplied on a trailer or skid mounted platform powered by a diesel, hydraulic or electric drive motor.
